Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Postage charges will NOT be refunded if you choose to return your item if you changed your mind.

There are certain situations where partial or no refunds will be granted
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery,
Exchanges
All exchanges must be pre-authorised by EM Tuning.
We will only replace items if they arrive faulty or damaged, we will cover the shipping cost to rectify the issue.
If you purchased the part in error you will need to cover shipping of the return, and price of shipping for the correct item, if EM Tuning sends you the wrong parts then you will need to cover the shipping cost.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, we will cover the cost if the item arrived to you faulty or damaged.
You must use a trackable shipping service with insurance. If your item is not received or received damaged a refund will not be processed.
Warranty
To see warranty info please see individual product listings, these will not be extended, warranty is from the date of purchase + 1 week.
All warranty claims have to be pre authorised by EM Tuning, please contact the team for instructions.
If the claim is made 30days after the purchase you are liable to cover the shipping costs of the new part.
